What is your favorite part of the day when you feel most alive?

For me, the whole day is already a pleasure to feel alive, but it never feels like this except at night when everyone is asleep and you can go outside and walk through the empty streets, for me such moments strongly remind me that I need to live here and now and there will be no other moment.

Morning and evening. I feel so lively waking up heading to get ready for the day. In the evening I will be like "ouch what a hectic day", freshen up and made calculations of how my day went.

Waking up daily is by grace , from 4am to 6am , I normally takes care of my online business cos thats the most easiest time for me to be active online.

Definitely the time span between 6 am and 9 am, are the hours in which I feel more active and with more desire to work or do tasks.
