What are your considering factors when shopping for a web host?

I usually consider the price of the web hosting, since I am making very less money from the websites due to low advertising rates. I also consider the control panel and the location of the server, number of add on domains allowed.

Pricing is the most important factor while choosing a web host. The second important factor is features and the third factor is support.
