When it comes to a website you have to be able to not only get people to your website however you have to make sure that they are able to stay on your website as well. In this way you will see that the revenue that you are generating from your website will also increase. What methods can be used in order to ensure that people that are visiting your site are able to subscribe and that they are willing to subscribe? What are your tricks?

Give people a reason to interact and come back. With a blog, this means user engagement. If someone posts a comment asking a question or sharing a story or experience, I make sure to respond within 24 hours and they will be notified that I have responded. I have gained a lot of subscribers to my e-mailing list just by doing this.

Fast response is a very good way to ensure that people continue to come back to your site because when you do this then you are showing them their contribution is valued and respected as well.

Exactly. This is why I do my best to respond within 24 hours. Some comments I just let slide either because there was no question or it did not warrant a response but I respond to 90% of the comments.

I think that even for those comments that do not warrant a response the least that can be done is to try and react to them or give them a thumbs up to just ackowledge their content.

You are right. I am working on making a more social interactive interface for my blog comments so people can actually interact through likes, shares, and votes. I am hoping this encourages more activity.

I think that is a very good idea because it will become a sort of social network and as a result people generally respond very nicely if they are able to interact with various different posts and comments that are made because it shows that they are able to show their thoughts on any specific topic.

Do you use social integration? I have done this in the past. Like where you can use your Facebook account to post comments on blogs. The issue is though, it seems to cause load time issues so I got rid of it.

Social media is very strong now a days and if you can use it to integrate with your website so it can help to share your posts on popular social media and attract more visitors and they might start following your website.

Sometimes on Facebook when a post with an external link is shared several times it is labeled as a spam website against the other social networks which allows typically advertising by share.

Yes it is specially when you consider as from SEO aspects as it often comes low quality things and often consider spamming so that is big risk for your website so it always use wisely.

They can be very helpful because a lot of people place a lot of emphasis when it comes to his social media and what people are saying on social media so it can be largely beneficial to you however if it does affect the loading time of the website then I would suggest that you rather have an external link that they can go to Wards in order to see the social media aspect.

Yeah and that makes sense. That is the thing. The loading times can be dreadful. If it is enough to impact your site's ranking, it just ends up hurting your site in the long run!

Loading times are the worst in my opinion, because we have to remember that not everyone has the same internet speed and therefore i think that there needs to be a version for those on a 2g network.

The key to turning traffic to subscribers, or traffic to your members is by offering valuable content. People visit websites for content and as long as their expectations are met they like to visit again and again and even join the site as a user.
