What is the worst punishment your parents gave you?

Before, parenting was very different from what I see now, because now parents don't even shout at their children, it wasn't like that at all. I was yelled at and beaten and punished for my guilt. For me, the worst punishment was not being able to go outside and play with other children

My parents never punished their kids. They did scold us for bad behavior and disobeying but they never used corporal punishment.
