It depend on the type and size of the business you're running. Some business require many staff while some require few staff. Companies that are into manufacturing of goods are always in of many staff, unlike companies that are only selling.

Well I think the best numbers of employees suitable for a company, depends on the work force involved in the company.

When there is high demand for workers, definitely there is also high demand for the production of goods and services.

Most especially big companies that has different section and departments with each department having their own departmental head, it's the departmental head that knows the exact workfprce of each department , so he or she knows the total number of workers needed .

the amount of an employees in a company we be determined by the size of the company,if the company is a small company is not expected to employ more labor that we have not to do ,but if the company is a very big services company then there we need to set up a management bold.
