What is the most embarrassing moment you had in your workplace???

I don't think I had ever been embarrassed at my workplace before and I pray for that not to happen. Though there was a day something like that wanted to happen but I tried everything possible to avoid it.
What is the most embarrassing moment you had in your workplace???

The only embarrassing moment that I can think of having at my workplace was when I was still working in the educational sector as a teacher. I was owed my salary for about 3 months without being paid. It was a very difficult time and I nearly resigned from the job at that time.

I was new to this office and when I was trying to call to a client, I ended up calling to another staff in another department. That was embarrassing.
