There are people that still argue it that forex trading is the same as gambling, according to them there is no difference whatsoever between the two. They are totally different in the sense that winning in gambling can occur based on luck, but you need to be an expert to make profits in trading.

If the capital is constant, then gambling has more risks compared to forex trading.
Also anyone can put together some games and stake on them, but forex is different because you need to have deep idea of what you are doing.

You have made some valid points. I would like to add that forex trading and gambling are different activities that involve different levels of skill, risk, and strategy. Forex trading requires more skill, knowledge, and experience to analyze the market and execute profitable trades.

It also offers more tools and options to manage risk and follow a trading plan. Gambling relies more on luck and chance to win money. It does not offer much control over risk or outcome. It also does not require a strategy or discipline to gamble.

The two pursuits are very dissimilar from one another. While gambling is frequently linked with luck, chance, and risk-taking, forex trading is a legitimate form of investing that calls for skills, knowledge, and strategy.

Gambling is different from forex trading. Forex trading is genuine online while gambling is not. If forex trading is not genuine, people will not be paying a lot of money to learn. In forex trading, you need to study chart, and follow strategies. However, gambling is just a pure luck game.

Well I think it depends on how individuals or groups takes it but for me, there is only a slight difference between forex trading is just like gambling that you are not even sure of your investment success.

Many people tend to assume forex and gambling are the same due to the hugh risk factor but the truth of the matter is when it comes to forex trading, there are actually strategies you can put in place to get the needed results, while gambling on the other hand mostly rely on luck.

This is very true. Forex trading and gambling are two different things. With forex trading, you can have skills that enable you to trade despite the high risk. But the high risks in gambling cannot be minimized using skills, you only have to depend on luck.

In some ways the both are similar if we are to be honest with ourself, because you are waging on an outcome that is not in your control and you analyze properly before waging

to me I think Gambling is different from trading, when it comes to gambling you can not pridict the out come, but when it comes to trading,if you know how to trade monitor your market to know when to strike, you can know your end point.

A forex trader requires a definite amount of skill knowledge and experience to execute profitable trade Tha could lead to consistent profit generation. Gambling on the other hand, involves a large degree of luck. While there certainly are similarities, forex trading still differ from the gambling in the following ways : in forex trading, a trader can never lose more than what they have in their trading account matter what decisions they make. This concept is totally absent in the case of gambling.

Exactly, forex trading is different from gambling. In forex trading, you need to have knowledge about trading to be able to make profit. Sometimes, you need to sit and study a pattern to make an informed decision. But in gambling, you only depends on luck to win.

The major difference between forex and gambling is very clear because of forex trading is not totally based on luck but gambling is a game of luck.
