I have used Sublime text for web development for the last couple of years. What other text editor would you recommend for a web developer

A lot of web developers out there and each developer has a different code editor to use for each coding but the best one is the visual studio code which is very good for newbies and also very good for senior developers because of it amazing features

I make use of Microsoft Access anytime I want to engage in editing work for website development and framework. It is straight forward and easy accessible. I make use of notepad anytime I want to write blog post.

Sublime text has over they years served a great deal and I think they're still one of the best out there.
Other options like notepad ++ are also great, textmate and emacs too. I've personally used notepad and notepad ++ over time though. They're simply straightforward

Even though I am not into web development at the moment, but it is interesting learning something new as no knowledge is a waste. One can really learn nearly anything here. That is just my opinion. Thanks for sharing.

I think simple text editor with minimal features focused on bringing an easy development experience to development projects with little to no waste. TextWrangler - produced by Bare Bones Software is being phased out in favor of their other text editor BBEdit which has a similar aesthetic and use case.

I don't know of any web editor. Infact, my knowledge around websites development is very shallow. I intend to under comprehensive training on it on YouTube.

I think VS code and brackets are very good option, since you said you want to try something different from sublime text. You could give them a try and see what works.
