What is the best alternative to X?

Ever since Musk took control of twitter, a lot of things are happening, from change of name to subscription services. They have even tested a feature where they charged fees for using X from the new users. If you do not like Twitter and want to use another platform what would you use, Mastodon, Threads, or Blue Sky?

Hard to say, I think Mastodon has made a name for itself as a competitor to X, but we could also contemplate Nostr here, on the other hand, we have Instagram Threads, which I think is still far from X.

Threads gained a lot of attention in the initial days, however, soon the platform started seeing users exiting the platform. Do you think Threads will survive?
