What is a thing that you use for background noise?

I have found a few 'background noise' shows before and even podcasts for myself when online or just wanting noise while doing a thing.

Some shows I listen/have on in the background

Law and Order
Family Guy
Futurama
South Park
The Simpsons

Podcasts are usually pretty good background noise for me, same with music.

In most cases, I tend to have music playing in the background when I am doing things on the computer or even working but on the odd occasion that my kids may be using the TV to watch something I end up with that being background noise. Usually, it's my 17-year-old daughter and my 18-year-old son and they tend to sit and watch Family Guy or even their favorite YouTubers so I tend to have them on in the background.

I don't go out of my way to watch many podcasts either. I follow some, but never have bothered to watch them much.
