For me it was cricket or football I was really good at it but due to some injuries and financial issues I couldn't. At first I really was sad about it and thought I could make a career out of it but then I started getting mature and stop thinking about it and started my new journey.

I am sure other people also have nice stories or journys about there childhood related to it.

Early on drawing and art was my big thing. My parents thought I was going to be impressive at art, but I took it serious for a while. Sadly my skills aren't very good, so I never really stuck with it.

And as I got older, video games replaced that sort of. I remember wanting to be a game tester and then work in game making. But my tech skills aren't there, so I moved on from that job idea. I am still into gaming though, but haven't done art in a long time.

The only hobby that I had when I was still younger which I consider being something that would have made me to be very popular and rich was drawing because I was very good at it. But when I was growing up, something happened that I lost interest in drawing. Until today, I cannot be able to draw anything which is a very big shame.

I used to be very good at fixing my toys as a kid. I was thinking I was going to be an engineer when I grow up because engineers are known to be rich. Today, I can't do any mechanical work on anything. I contact engineers to do everything for me, so much for who used to fix all his toys.

I really liked skateboarding and I was pretty good, I took it pretty seriously for almost 3 years and believed at the time as a teenager that I could have made a living from it, but this is very difficult honestly, there are few opportunities and is almost impossible going far in that sport.

Personally, I found skateboarding to be very difficult because all the time that I tried to get into that kind of sports, I always end up hurting myself. I kept trying to see if it is something that I can break into but unfortunately, I wasn't meant to be good at it at all when I was growing up.

You can imagine the number of times I hurt myself or broke bones during my 3 years of skateboarding, but I have always been very rough and risky and I didn't mind getting hurt anymore, I saw it as part of this sport, at first I was afraid of hurting myself, then I got used to it because it was the only way to progress.

Seriously, the injuries kept on happening with me and I started asking myself if it was a must that I learn how to skate very well. I just had to accept that there are some things that you cannot be able to do no matter how much you try doing them. It was exactly how I just had to drop trying to learn how to skateboard.

If you've gone on with the game tester dream, it will make you hate playing video games. With the number of video games which you'd be testing often, it will impact negatively on your real love for playing video games.

Unfortunately a lot of things don't get to stay with us right from childhood till we are adults and this is exactly what happened with you as well. If you still had the knowledge and skill to be able to do that today, there is always a very good chance that you're going to be saving a lot of money from taking care of most of the mechanical work that you're supposed to do.

Yes, unfortunately they don't. It would have been nice if I had the skills now. I would be willing to fix a lot kid's toys living in my neighbourhood. They are going to love me for doing this for them.

I actually knew how to draw very well when I was still a kid but unfortunately artists in my country are not well recognised. They are not rich too. This is part of the reason why I had to reduce my interest and practice in drawing because I believed that I wasn't going to go anywhere being an artist.

If you had taken it to graphics design arts, it's what can be sold online on several websites like Deviant Arts. Hand drawn arts and paintings are lucrative but you have to be exceptional good to make money from it.
