For my physical health, everything is simple because I go for long runs around my house every morning, and my emotional health is already much better. After all, I have a very low threshold of urgency and also increased aggressiveness. Unfortunately, I didn't find any professional exercises, but every time this happens to me, I just consciously try to think about it, what I'm doing and why I'm yelling at this person.
