They find it very difficult to go into business management because of the challenges that comes with seeing through the daily business activities in any project in order for them to see it become successful.

This is a big challenge for some of them and they will always want to even not think about bigger issues affecting the business.

The only thing that is more important to those set of people is being able to make sales and profit from whatever business venture that they have found themselves in. It's the practical reason why when there is a very serious challenge which requires the skill set of an enterpreneur to handle, they will be struggling to do that because they don't have it in them to know exactly what they are supposed to do.
