I think that internal debts may refer to debt a company owes to its own employees and customers. There are many ways a company can get into debt. When a company requires loans, it may approach its own customers or stakeholders. In this way, the company could go into debt. So, what are some other ways a company could get into internal debts?

As the name implies "Internal Debt", it's money owed to employees who are working for any company or business. The debt is paid directly to those working for the company. Electricity bills isn't internal debt because it's paid out to the power company. This shows the difference of what I'm trying to explain. Logistic debt can come in car maintenance, it's also part of internal debt.

That is simply any debt that has to do with running the company expenses internally such as setting up the office by the workers and getting paid afterwards. There are some other internal debts that are sometimes overlooked and categorized as external debts, but they are not such as getting a temporary staff to do a job.

In managing your business, if you're not watchful with how your internal debt increases, the profit which you're going to be making in the business will be small. After much work, you will not be seeing good results.
