What do you like most about CMS? What makes you choose CMSs?

When creating your website, you have a wide range of CMSs to choose from. Some are just for blogging and foruming, Others are for a sales website. There are even some CMS that can help you to set up a video based social site like YouTube.
As a developer, I have my own CMS called PersonCMS, it is still in development, but it is aimed to users that want to create a personal website.
And you? What exactly do you like about CMS? Or you prefer making your own like me?

I like WP. I don't have the skills to make my own, so WP is the best, I think. It isn't that great, though.

I love Wordpress, it makes it so easy to basically create any kind of site you want. From a personal site, to a business/corporate site, to even a blog aimed for whoever. It's amazing, simple, and easy.
