What do you have to say about changes in football rules?

There were a lot of changes before the start of the season as regards the rules that guide the game of football. One of such changes was the offside rule that has caused a lot of controversies so far. Do you feel they are changing too much at the moment?

The only rule in football which I want the FA to examine is how they use the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) in football matches. The Video Assistant Referee (VAR) was meant to make match officiating flawless but it's trying to kill football.

To be very honest with you, I am completely fed up with the video assistant referee technology that have been introduced to football ever since. I can't understand how the video assistant referee keep making horrible mistakes that officials won't even make on their own.

This is the reason why the video assistant referee technology was introduced in football but it is now what is causing a lot of controversies in football.

Due to changing landscape of football, there will always be rule changes and interpretations. From time immemorial, the offside rule has always been the most difficult rule in football. The fact that it continues to get turned again and again shows how difficult it is even for the organization making football rules to handle.

Well, we will get used to the new rules just like we got used to the other rules.
