What do you do to start your day?

My mentor will always tell you that starting your day in the best possible way will have a big impact on how the rest of the day is going to be for you. This is why I try as much as possible to start my day in the best positive way. I will avoid getting into fights in the early morning with anyone because that would mean my day is going to be full of unwarranted fights.

I reflect, train and get ready for the day. I have never started any day without having to reflect which is very important for what I am doing. I want to have a very good experience at life and those attitudes have been helpful.

Planning out your day before it starts is a very good thing. This is because your plan will make it very easy for you to get most things right and even know how to handle issues when they come up.
