I just saw this about a hosting company.

There is this completely awesome back up tool for android called titanium back up.
The guy just posted a message on his website saying not to go with justhost under any circumstances! What do you do in such cases?

Suck it up and take the punch to the gut. People have bad experiences with services and they should be allowed to state their negative experience. When your service gets a bad review, then just read it and see what problems they had and try to do better the next time. No need to take it personal (if you're the one providing a service that gets a negative review), just take it as feedback.

Get on with it. It is experience and opinion in my eyes and not fact (Unless of course there is something to prove how bad/crap you are) and improve if needed. I never really take note of reviews anyway unless I've requested them.

Just move on, there are always going to be people who are saying that your services aren't the best.
