I don't even knymuch about those companies that are helping an individual to manage website. As for me, I don't prefer hiring people to manage my website. I want to do at all. It'll be someone I know and trust.

Hiring a company could be required under circumstances. However, i think that what the original poster meant was hiring an "expert" who could handle and manage your site. There are many SEO experts who would do this job for you.

I do not have enough revenue on my websites so I would not be able to hire a company, likewise, I cannot give administrative access to a random guy I met online.
