Well, most of such kind of restaurants were not operating in food streets. They were opened in local markets where many people never cared about the restaurants. I used to pass by such kind of restaurants and I have never seen any customer in there. Not surprisingly, the restaurant got closed.
If your business is not located in a place where there aren't customers who would buy anything from the business, the business doesn't have any reason to still be there in the location. It's a waste of time because they will not sell and if they don't sell, the business is as good as dead.
