What are your business and career goals for 2024?

How do you evaluate 2023 in terms of your career and business? What plans are you making for 2024 to grow your career or business? Do you have specific ideas related to career and business?
For me 2023 was an average year, I did not do anything new and I continued with the work that I was doing in 2022. IN terms of finances, it was not very good as I could not save and I could not invest.
In 2024, I am planning to upskill, hopefully, I will be able to build a better finance in 2024.

We took a hit in 2023 compared to 2022 which was a record-breaking year. This year we had more jobs, but they were smaller compared to the large jobs we had the year before. Part of the problem was that I broke my ankle and took 3 months off, which royally sucked.

So my goals for 2024 is to rise again to my 2022 glory, lol.

For 2024, my main goal is to find ways of increasing my workflow and finding other work options down the road. I hope to raise some more money as well to help with my future endeavors.
