There are many things that everyone does, but he tries very hard not to do it and even does not want to, but for some reason he continues anyway. For me, it's my smartphone in the morning when I wake up. I understand that I have to wake up and do things in the morning but I spend 30 minutes just scrolling through videos that I don't need and I'm really trying to stop it

I want to limit carbs in my diet but sadly I have not been able to do it. More than 60 percent food I take is carbs, I want to limit to 20 percent
