Inflation rate in my country is very high. When you receive 4% ROI on treasury but the inflation rate is more than 12%. Going by your calculations it’s obvious that it’s not worth investing on treasury bills in country

I don't understand what you mean, investing in agriculture whether we just buy agricultural stocks on the stock exchange or invest directly in agricultural land which I think will require a lot of capital.
