The role of a moderator on a PTP forum is a huge role. And there are certain qualities that can make one suitable for that role. What do you think are those qualities?

I think the person needs to have good knowledge about different subjects of most of the topics that we post on PTP

It is true that the person must be very knowledgeable about the niche of the forum. Also, the person must be a highly sociable person to be able to attend to the complaint of users of the forum.

The person should also be able to settle disputes among members of the forum. I know that well

I think they need to be impartial and should not favor anyone for any reason and only then they will be able to complete their duties properly

Some moderators seem to be impartial but it will be very good for them not to be impartial

That's right, I would like to ask if you guys are earning from RIF moderation job and how much is the pay?

The most important thing is you need to moderate content for originality and authenticity. if the content is copied content or spam content, you need to delete it outright and send a friendly reminder to the user. If the users make repeated mistakes, you may even have to ban them. You might also have to see if the members are following rules or not.
