What are the common tools and software you are using in programming?

One of my passion this year 2021 is programming i've doing this since pandemic comes due to qaurantine also working at home as a programmer. But im new for this job and i knew someone knows some other tools and software than i using right now.Because programming is wide when it come to necessities.

Would i know your suggestions for common tools and software you are using in programming?
The most common software that I am making use of when it comes to programming is Python and also matlab because I have noticed that I can be very good to utilise in circumstances where you are trying to calculate mathematical equations especially if you are using a matrix to do so.

Mine are:

- Sublime text
- VS Code
- Visual Studio Code
- Adobe inDesign

These are most common tools for my use.

I really like Atom at the moment.

Whether it's just a notepad replacement for actual code, it's fast and looks very nice. High recommend it to anyone.

Speed is very important when it comes to software development that can be used in programming because sometimes I have noticed that there are certain programming languages that do tend to lag and as a result it can be very difficult to code something because it takes a while for it to actually reflect on the screen.

I know for me, personally, if a site lags or slow-loads I am very unlikely to use it in the future. I know it is a shame cause it happens to seemingly good sites, but you have to be able to be in modern times where speed is one of the main keys to having a successful website.

That is the same with me as well because then if there is a slow load time and you are earning on that site then it become inproportional to teh time that you are spending and that will reduce productivity.
