Exactly! They will always be interested in paying small for work they are demanding too much from the freelancers. It's quite a shame that some freelancers still end up accepting such jobs. Personally, I don't because it means that I'm not maximizing my working time.

As fas as I am concerned, whether I accept low-paid job or not depends on a lot of factors. For instance, I do not have any jobs at the moment and I am free, I can take low-paying jobs. If I want to build a long relationship, I will also work for low payment.

Well, it's a thing of personal decision and there's nothing anyone can do to make you not accept any kind of pay that you want it any job that you have been contacted for. The problem this kind of acts creates for everyone else is those clients now making a stand the low price is what they will pay for the same job all the time.
