Normally we complain about toxic or bad admins. They're not responsive, they're immature, they don't communicate, they only hang out with their cliques.

What are signs of a good forum admin or webmaster? Have you worked for one?

A good admin talks to their staff about upcoming changes, they listen to their members too whenever they give feedback. Not only do they listen to their staff and members, they take action to improve their community.

I have worked with some cool guys in the industry and never have had any issues with any admins I have worked for. One of the qualities I prefer in admin is they should not be too demanding, even when they are paying their staff. Another great quality I like in admin is he should be respectful to his staff.
