Have you ever come across forums with weird names? If so, what was the strangest?

The weirdest forum name I ever seen is "somethingawful" or something like that lol I really find that this is a stupid name for a forum isn't it ?

This is something that i have never come across before however i am sure that there are a lot of those out there. I focus on crypto and webmaster forums and so most of them are well named.

I once was running a forum called "My Life Sucks" I registered the domain because it was high traffic keywords but low competition. It was a mental health forum, but I frequently heard from people that I had the most weirdest name for a forum.

The owner of the website could have a reason for picking such a name. They always want to get along with what will drive traffic to their site and that is the main thing that one should look at when it comes to running forums. Pick a catchy name that will make more people want to join.

I think Off Topix old name was odd, it was Wobber. I also used to have a forum called Vestimentasua, which was the Latin word for "clothes". I was going to make a Youtube channel along with the forum where I would play video games dressed in a bunch of random clothes, and have socks on my hands when I played the games. :V I made one video but never continued the project. This was during Covid times and I think I was just losing my mind because of the pandemic. xD
