Webmaster Village is now Forum Admin Forum.

This change has happened for a few different reasons.

1. Webmaster Village wasn't growing​

It didn't seem like a general webmaster forum was a good niche to get into. It wasn't growing. I was running out of ideas and content because the niche is so widely focused. It's like a general off-topic forum, it works for some but not for everyone.

2. I miss AAF​

I used to run a forum called Another Admin Forum or AAF for short. It got fairly big and popular at one time. I miss it and wish I'd had never got rid of it. I ended up letting it merge into The Admin Zone. Now TAZ seems like it's dying out. I wanted a chance to have another AAF, but now it's FAF instead, lol.

3. Too many good topics to waste​

There were already a lot of good topics on here when it was a webmaster forum. I've kept them here and everyone may continue discussing in them even though the main focus is now pivoted to forum admin topics.

And finally, 4. I don't think forums are dead​

They're not what they used to be. But dead? Nah. They just be smaller than what they were. The community will be smaller but that will make it easier to network and develop relationships.

The name is different! One thing to take note of is that "FAF" in the UK means "A Waste of time". 🤣 Something to take note of it you ever start using SEO and all that other stuff.
