Webhosting company claiming that ad code is malware

One webhosting company is claiming that the ad code of ad networks is malware , and is changing the password for the account. Have you faced a similar problem with webhosting?

What code are you using that is detected as malware?
Since I run a web hosting business, our team encounters this problem often with clients who have an infected account and are unaware of it.

Some ads available through pop up and pop under networks look like malware. However, I have never been warned by a web hosting company about the ads I have used.

The webhosting company is not allowing users to save the files, and I am losing advertising revenues. I will have to change webhosting?
