Yes it would help and go along way. But I would advice before starting this method, make sure it is what you can continue. In most cases when you are not able to do this that month, most would not understand that it was because of one issue or the other.Giving your employees bonuses at the end of the month and also paid leave like 2 weeks yearly will definitely allowed him to rest and boost their morale to work more.

I couldn't agree with you more on this because it the absolute truth as a transparent business organisation would definitely bring forth a big business boost as everyone will be open to different good ideas because with whatever that is contributed would be made known to everyone.
