For me ,it will be, selling quality products,good marketing, good customer relationship ,a nice business strategy,creating a good working atmosphere for employees

Nice one, especially the part of good customer relationship and a good working atmosphere. No matter how good or experience the workers might be, if the working atmosphere is not positive, then they would not be able to create good results.

I completely agree with all the list that you have made but one of the most primary ways that you can raise the morale of the employees that are working in your business or company is by increasing the pay that you are given to them.
 
Another way you can increase the business Maureen is to introduce an incentive program into the working environment to reward hard-working employees. This will motivate everyone to do more.
 
I really believe your point of view which I believe by the adoption of this particular principles it will helped a business to grow faster and develop. even though all this principles depends on the ability of the entrepreneur or the manager to be able to coordinate his workers and seeking answers to his business questions.
 
Giving your employees bonuses at the end of the month and also paid leave like 2 weeks yearly will definitely allowed him to rest and boost their morale to work more.

Yes it would help and go along way. But I would advice before starting this method, make sure it is what you can continue. In most cases when you are not able to do this that month, most would not understand that it was because of one issue or the other.
 
These are correct, training the staff as regards the functions of the business is very important, effective customer services also increases business morale, you are able to attend effectively to customer's orders, issues, inquiries and provide effective feedback as well for customer satisfaction.

At my current job one thing that isn't encouraged is feedback from the staff. Even if you give the advice, it's not considered or implemented. I do know how important it is now and will apply it when I own my business.

I couldn't agree with you more on this because it the absolute truth as a transparent business organisation would definitely bring forth a big business boost as everyone will be open to different good ideas because with whatever that is contributed would be made known to everyone. Everyone would be able to trust them business owners with cool business ideas.
 
Ways to grow your business morale is by encouragement of the employees cos no matter the amount you gave them there are some things that is beyond money 💰 Care love etc
