It is very important to maintain a good relationship with your clients, as they are regarded as the backbone of your business.
I try as much as possible to interact with them, i even has to create a whatsapp group where all my customers can interact and make comments on my services.

I do not agree with you saying it may not be a straight forward process, I think this is actually the easiest way to achieve good client relationship. The problem with most companies today is that they do not listen. They leave space for reviews yet they do not even make any effort in trying to include any of the things said in reviews. Their customer care support is also poor.
