Have any of y'all ever ran your blog on something other than WordPress? How did it go? What software did you use? Would you recommend using something other than WordPress as a blogging software?

Nope. I have never made a blog without WordPress. :)
 
The only other blogging software I've ever used is LiveJournal. From what I hear, it's still around. I've not used it in many years though.
