So for the last week or 2 a lot has happened to the site, some quite obvious to the eye and some a little less subtle. Either way, VoxGrid has undergone
quite a lot of change and here is what I think are the most important things here:
New Remastered ThemeChangelogs forum
Because, I will be working on the minor stuff like the art, code and some other looks each day, I've created a changelogs forum so that users know the little features that have been adjusted and added. This is so I don't have to create a major mass announcement like this all the time and can just add a little thread in there instead. I have gone ahead and made a thread for the little stuff that I had to change when creating this theme. You can find the changelogs forum here.
Credits
This is something that I didn't want to put in the changelogs because it is quite a major addition. Credits are the currency on VoxGrid and can be earned for creating threads, posting and referrals. You get 1 credit for each post, 3 credits for each new thread and 10 credits for each referral. Credits can be donated to other users as well if you're feeling that generous. You will not be able to spend them yet but I am working on a shop where you can buy stuff such as exclusive awards and icons. So for now, you will just have to save them up. Now, I know that some users have already been posting a lot on here and I will be manually adding credits for those that have after this thread has gone out. I have a screenshot of the users posts before this thread and will be adding credits based on that. Please allow a few days for them to transfer through.
Like Button
Now, I have said this in a suggestion thread that this would not be my biggest priority but this theme does work well with a like button on posts so, I have gone ahead and added a little like button that you can see at the bottom of another user's post. This is completely different to reputation though.
Temporary removal of the special Rankhere.
I will also be creating some threads for tutorials relating to forums and how to add some stuff. These tutorials will either require users to reply to thread or to pay a few credits to access it. I'll add it to the changelogs soon.
