What kind of staff do you have on your site, volunteers or paid staff? I do not have paid staff, I also do not have volunteers, I hire virtual assistants whenever I need helping hands. I do not like to hire volunteers as I don't like anyone to work for free. My payment might be small but I always like to pay for the work someone does on my site.

Using volunteers to work on a website can be unreliable and may not result in a professional product. Additionally, volunteers may not have the necessary skills or experience to effectively manage a website.

I buy your line of thought that you desire to pay for every service.

I may like to work for free for some people and I may not like to do that for some other people so it depends on who I am working with.
