They will get sent a PM with notice to change their name in X amount of time and if they don't like it gtfo.

I don't mind. It could be a username they've used since their first gaming days, I know I have a friend with a name kind of like that from when he played runescape back in like 2003 lol.

I link accounts on my forum to Steam and Minecraft, so it's not exactly an option to change it. Although the Minecraft names are usually decent since they know they can never change it, and only a-zA-Z0-9_ is allowed.

I hate usernames like that too. I often ask people who have an awkward username if they can change however I do not get the problem much.

Yes, this kind of username is quite annoying. However, I will never force a person to change such username.
