How do you deal with unwanted romantic attention?

If I don't know the guy, I make it known that I'm married. If the guy knows I'm married, I remind him of that fact.

There was a guy at work who once messaged me asking, "How can I have you?" I told him that my husband was IT and could read PMs so that stopped him from continuing that.

I never get any unwanted romantic attention. I guess I'm just not that pretty.

i hate romantic attention if i don't really know the person haha

Normally I tell them I'm married if dangling the wedding band on my ring finger isn't obvious enough and they normally stop.

I let them get to know me and when they see that the train has derailed and the gears are skipping a few beats, it takes care of itself

Well in reality, while that might be true and keeps people at a distance, the truth is that I am in a happy relationship and never have any issue being direct about that. I'm a pretty open book and that leads to a lot fewer conflicts and misinformation that can set up awkward experiences.
