There are many people whop purchase different kinds of items from different shops. In many cases, the customer may never get satisfied and they may demand a refund. So, under what kind of circumstances they should get a full refund. Do you think that certain refund policies are unfair?

There are circumstances where the office will state, in their policy, what they feel should be the refund policy. So, working on such is very important. If the refund that a customer is seeking is not captured in their policy, I doubt the person is going to get a refund from the company for goods or services rendered.

There is a refund policy in any business which before a customer is entitled for a refund, the product he bought must meet the refund policy. If it doesn't, he won't be entitled to get a refund.

Well, the point is that in many cases, most refund policies actually favour the businesses, not the customer. This is why it is very necessary to make a refund policy that allows them (customers) to obtain benefits.

A refund policy is meant to protect a company's business and their products. It acts like a medium where the product haven't been sold. It's sole purpose is to return a company's product in the same shape it was sold. If a customer damages the product, it's his fault for not getting a refund.

In many cases, a customer may never get a refund even if he has not damaged the product. I think that this is kind of unfair. A company must release policies that also help the customer as well. This is one of the most important things.

Not damaging the product is the only condition to getting a refund from a company. There is time duration for when the refunded is valid. Some companies extend their own to 30 days. If it's after 30 days, a refund will not be granted.

Unfortunately, I don't offer any kind of refund policy in my business of poultry and fish farming. This is because of the nature of my business as it is going to be impossible for me to accept a refund to a customer after I have killed and processed my livestock and have it delivered.

This is the reason why I will always make sure that we agree on exactly what the customer wants before their order is processed.
