For one to be successful in any business, you must know how the business is runned and also the do's and dont's of the business. For a successful business discipline, hardworking and adorable commitment is very required.

Also, to be able to meet the needs of the customer well and to build that relationship and develop had reputation between yourself (the business) and the customer, you are also created a database of repeat customers that are more likely to come to you in the future as well, and that even are likely to recommend your products or your services to another person that they may know. After all the strongest way that you can spread the word of your business is through word of mouth.

The above stated knowledges are good. There is no point mentioned above that needs to be taken for granted because if you lack any of the knowledges stated above, definitely you are not a business person.
 
Money knowledge. What do I mean? I meant the cash at hand you have for that business. Even if you're a novice and you have enough money, the person you're dealing with will gladly teach you the business without spitting over it. Because the more knowledge he transfers to you, the more order you place.
