You are going to be successful in business if you have somebody who usually likes to listen to customers or general feedback about something in particular.

Every business venture requires some kind of knowledge for you to be successful on them. As a business owner you must have a very good managerial qualities because it can make you to direct your employees to work well.
 
Being a manager or owner of a business doesn't mean you will have to be complacent and relaxed in it because you have people working for you. Hardwork should start from top down to show example to everyone else in the organization.
For me , I understand the function of a manager to be a director, guide and leads how duties and responsibilities should be executed in a business organisation.. They doesn't have to stress themselves physically on normal circumstance

Okay I really understand your point now. A manager will always hand down instructions to subordinates while he supervises them. However, there are times he practically shows the staff how certain things are done.
 
mindset is one of the major things that makes people to be successful in business. You need to actually believe that you can become very successful in business and you need to work hard towards it.

Lolz, this is true in most cases. Yes on rare occasions. Anyway it is not really easy to be a manager and anyone who thinks it is just for you to organise a business might not understand. There are other functions we might not have an understanding about.
 
succeeding in business requires some level of knowledge and understanding of how that particular business works. You can acquire this by interviewing those who are already in such a business. You also need to repurpose your mindset if you really want to become successful in business.
 
You must be a good listener and try to find out what is the major need and plight of the people you're coming to serve, you must be honest and truthful as well in other to succeed.

Taking online courses even. There's many places online you can go to, to find places to learn about business and management.

business knowledge, how to design enterprise and execute;
building and selling experience.
