Mobile phone is one of my biggest distraction at work because my attention will be on making money on my phone while I am suppose to be teaching , writing lesson notes or attending to my students.

I think home-based workers might be more vulnerable to distractions because when you are at home, you might get disturbed by other family members. This is unlikely to happen when you are at office because everyone minds their own business when they are at workplace.

That's so true, I remember when I had to work on my final year project in school back then, the topic has been given to me, and I had so many materials to work on, I didn't even know where and how to start from. What helped me back then was that I had to use the works of others are reference.
