I didn't know there's so much about peppers you can talk about, lol.

Surprisingly... the hot sauce arena is a popular one. There are numerous festivals here in the US held involving them.
Hell, my little hick town has an annual "Hot Pepper Festival" (of course, since they are a so-called strict ultra-Christian area.... it's only held on Friday afternoon and then Saturday... can't have any activity that's not church related on those precious Sundays as it may interfere with the pious act of those Baptists that were guzzling alcohol on Friday and Saturday and are working on recovering on Sunday.
