A giant squid decided to unveil himself (or herself?) a little while ago in Japan; and continues to prove that the ocean is indeed vast and giant sea monsters can easily eat you alive..No, wait, that might just be my irrational fear...
Anyway, this one is only 12ish feet long and they can get to be about 40 feet long, and as much as I really don't want to encounter a 40ft giant squid, I would love to see one on video. =o How about you guys?
