The health effect of eating late at night

Yes, I stopped doing this a long time ago due to health reasons. When you eat late, the calories you intake don’t get digested properly. As a result, they are stored as fat in your body. Eating late regularly conditions your body to store the calories as fat, which leads to weight gain. This can also give you problems like indigestion and heartburn. These issues need to be taken in account.

I don't think it matters when you eat, it is more about what you eat. You need to make sure you are getting all your vitamins and minerals as well as not eating beyond your needs in terms of calories. Most people are deficient in magnesium, vitamin D3, potassium, and even vitamin C.
 
The major reason why it is not advisable to eat late in the night is because of your food will not adjust on time and it will make you feel very uncomfortable while sleeping.

Its not good to eat late in the night when you eat late in the night its really contribute nagetively to your health,so I prefer to eat my normal food routin,I eat before 6pm and after that I dont take further food again.
 
It is very true that it will affect your health negatively because it will keep accumulating undigested food can you would be comfortable with this and that is the major reason why it is not advisable.
I just think this is a personal choice as it doesn't really have any medically proven health hazard. But if you still feel like you don't want to eat late at night then you can choose but this wouldn't really give you any health challenge if you choose not to, unless you are eating the wrong food which your body doesn't really like.
 
Actually eaten very late at night is not advisable by medical professionals and it has alot of negative health effects on individual sometimes it may lead to indigestion or low level of digestion.

Yes , Obesity is likely to happen when you eat late at night and in most cases acid reflux if you slept immediately you have eaten, there is a tendency that this can also lead to overweight and obesity.
 
Eating late at night can endanger one's health in different ways. Firstly it might cause constipation and this may lead to discomfort. Furthermore, it might disrupt sleep hours by making someone uncomfortable in the belly and this may cause nausea and make someone have migraine due to lack of rest.
 
Yes I have heard alot about this, most people say that you should eat 2 hours before bed. To allow food to digest in our body, I can also agree that it is true. You just need to eat enough before you sleep so that you don't feel hungry in the middle of the night. You just need to do what is good for your health.

There are so many side effect eating late in the night,when you eat late in the night its not going to be possible for the food to digest that easy so you need to ensure that you follow proper eating routin to stay healthy

Eating of food in late night is very dangerous for age people.
When the body system take the small quantity of food substances that it needs, the rest will pass into the bloodstream and cause high level of cholesterol, this can lead to high blood pressure which time turn to cardiovascular problem.

There are things that we normally do that is not really ideal for our health,though we might be doing it ignorantly but the long term effect will not be good for us,and eating late at night is one of them.

I have learnt to be eating before 6 pm on a daily basis. I am building that lifestyle as it is going to help me have a better lifestyle instead of always eating late in the night which makes no sense for one that is trying to stay healthy and not have any health issues in the future.

Eating very late at night is something that is not very good for someone's health. It make someone to add weight unnecessarily and a lot of people who are suffering from obesity today are the way they are because of their bad eating habits. This is something that have affected their health in a very devastating way.
 
I think a lot of the eating at night worries are a bit blown out of proportion. It isn't good to eat at night, but it's not going to destroy your life or hurt it. I am a night owl, so I'm up so late that eating late doesn't even matter much to me. It's when you go to bed right after eating that's unhealthy I heard.
