The essence of riches and wealth

Gathering riches and wealth is far beyond using it to satisfy the stomach. You can use it to buy the goodies of life, and that's why the Bible says money answereth all things. If you have money a lot of things will come your way and that's how you can command respect. So to me getting money is far from using it to eat alone

That's exactly the truth now. When we grow older, we tend to understand that life is more than what we eat or drink as the major factor that matter in life is how we positively impact on the life of the other people around us. Making money and not using it in the direction will always benefit others is useless.

Everyone attaches some sort of importance to riches. In fact their importance cannot be overemphasized. Riches are used in both positive and negative ways by the possessors of it. Negative ways include oppressing the poor, getting away with crimes that on a normal day, you dear not. What's our own point of view?

Wealth is great don't let us keep deceiving ourselves into thinking that it is futile. But if you gain the wealth make sure you have an impact in the family, society and the world at large. Some people have wealth without making a mark, put it to good use.

Yesterday I heard the knocking on our gate by the 3 toddlers in our neighborhood. I always give them a chocolate drink. When they saw me coming out of the door with the chocolate drink on my hands they were in jubilation, shouts of joy and jumping like they saw a movie star. Although I have been doing the giving for more than a year it was only yesterday that I noticed their jubilation. What came to my mind was that you cannot buy that kind of happiness. Just for the chocolate drink I made 3 toddlers very happy. Yes, I am not rich but I am contented in my life because I do not crave for more. In other words I am not greedy for material wealth.
