What do you consider a reasonable cost for SEO? What exactly might it consist of? How much of it would you want done for you and how much would you do yourself? What stuff are you willing to learn to lower the cost? What do you consider models of a good cost for SEO? Where did you find out about them? What physical advantages can help with SEO like typing?

I've read things about SEO and tried tips from free evaluators but it never seems to help and I have basically no knowledge on how to improve it.

I wouldn't pay for SEO. Write good articles and sensibly use keywords and phrase within those articles that people might search for. It's not that hard.

Well that depends on what you are looking for and the clients budget. Most of the people don't understand the difference between SEO & marketing and get ripped off. That is what, that I have seen so far happening in the name of SEO.

Absolutely not. If it was that simple, everyone would be ranking. You do need to think outside of the box and figure out what users in your niche will be searching for though for. That’s all about User intent.
