When you are a forum owner what do you do when you run out of energy with your forum, do you take a long break, and trust one of your staff to look after everything for you, or do you just up and quit and decide to sell your fourm, as it is very hard to trust people these days, especially with something you've put a lot of work into.

I will just take a step back and let someone else help me run it. I won't let them run it, though I don't mind someone else help me run it sometimes.

I would never just quit and sell my forum. If I ever got a bit tired, I would simply trust my co-admins to run things while I was gone. I know I can trust them, as they've been with me since the very beginning and have been very helpful.

Exactly. Even if I do feel worn out, why would I ever sell my hard work and time to someone who could possibly close it, ruin it, or even change it completely?

I would never quit, may be take a small break and have one of my staff to assist me during that time. Its never a good idea to sell the forum as you will not know what would be its future.
