No loan from the bank is advisable, you are able to obtain assistance from your family members. Or you should find a business partner, I mean an individual with money, but no business idea, and you and the person are business partners.

The best place to seek grant is micronfinance organisation, Non governmental organisation, you can equally recieve grands from individuals.nevertheless most grants comes with collateral.

You can always apply for World Bank Grant whenever it is available. Some non-governmental organisations do also give grants to young entrepreneurs. Some countries do also have soft loan schemes for their investors. it's much easier in some countries if you are going into agriculture because agricultural loans are always the easiest in terms of interest rate.

There is no specific place to get a grant for starting big business but I think bank can do so and cooperative society also can give you grant but you have to be the member and also making little contribution to show your commitment.
