What do you mean by my experience? I'm looking to create a Atmosphere where teens and young adults can talk and converse advice to each other while creating a support base for teens to feel safe in. It is also a General forum so they can chat about anything related to the forum there posting in.

So what do you need from your Administrator? How much money are you currently willing to spend?

General forums need a big amount of money to make difference and become active.

I need a Administrator who can post quality content and help bring in members and hire new staff when needed. Basically i need someone who can help post content and help it become active so it can gain momentum. I can spend at least $100 at the moment for now more will be available in the weeks to come.
