Sugary Snacks VS Fruit + Vegetables

I would like to say I'm not either side before I start. The reason is because you should eat everything in moderation. So, have a little bit of Sugary Snacks + Fruit Vegetables Every day. This is part of your healthy diet you should follow. Then, if you have excess fat on you, you should try to aim to go out for atleast 30 minutes every day doing some form of sport.

I eat a lot of Skittles. There ain't nothing to fix that. Face the facts, 90% of candy tastes way better than vegetables. I'll stick with candy.
 
I enjoy fruits more to be honest, it is just better, but sometimes I just want some candy like gummy bears or such :D
 
I am actually not a big fan of sugary candy. I rather have chocolate than candy. ...but if that's not option I prefer fruit for sure. Vegetables as snacks are great with the proper dips. ;)
 
Unfortunately, I was spoiled rotten. I was raised primarily on junky/fatty foods, so I've become addicted to it. I do like some fruits and veggies, but I don't eat them nearly as much. You really can't go wrong with candy, though. :p
 
I think everything is good in balance, even excess. Like the great Doug Stanhope said, "excess in moderation."
 
While I'm not the biggest fan of candy in the world, I do prefer it over vegetables which generally I just avoid. Fruit is nice too though and some flavours are replicated in higher sugar contents in sweets. Generally it's good to have a balanced diet so I have both- Or that's what I tell myself :p
