Sugary Snacks VS Fruit + Vegetables
I would like to say I'm not either side before I start. The reason is because you should eat everything in moderation. So, have a little bit of Sugary Snacks + Fruit Vegetables Every day. This is part of your healthy diet you should follow. Then, if you have excess fat on you, you should try to aim to go out for atleast 30 minutes every day doing some form of sport.
